Documentary | The Montreal Runners: Cross Canada for Cancer

From the tranquil flats of the prairies to the massive Rocky Mountains, this is the story of six young Canadians inspired by Terry Fox’s dream of a cancer-free world. Over a 4,632 km relay run from Montreal to Vancouver, the documentary captures the euphoria and endurance associated with long-distance running. As a fundraiser for the Terry Fox Foundation, it is about Canadians helping Canadians with a journey that relied on the hospitality of the country. Featuring the great landscapes of Canada, the team witnesses the legacy of their hero: Terry Fox and his Marathon of Hope in 1980.
